Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

 

1. General admission tickets

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be given in case of a change of mind or scheduling conflict.

  • If the event is fully postponed or cancelled, you will automatically be entitled to a refund or to transfer your ticket to the new date.

 

2. Exhibitor and merchant tables

  • Table charges are non-refundable.

  • Once your merchant request has been accepted and the payment processed, no refund will be issued.

  • You may transfer your table to another verified vendor only after receiving explicit written approval from the Vault Fest organizers.

 

3. Physical merchandise (hoodies, t-shirts, caps)

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Damaged or defective items: If your clothing or mystery box arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Mystery Vaults: Due to the nature of mystery products, all Mystery Vault sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
