Welcome to Vaultfest.ca. By browsing this site or purchasing tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Admission and conduct during the event

A valid ticket (printed or digital) is required to access the site.
Vault Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any person exhibiting disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior, without refund.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising minors at all times during the event.

2. Exchanges, purchases and sales

It is strictly forbidden to sell products or operate a commercial stand without an official exhibitor registration.
Vault Fest provides a gathering place for the community but is not responsible for peer-to-peer exchanges, cash transactions, or card appraisals between participants or sellers. Carefully inspect your items before purchasing.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, website content, and event graphics belong to ONE VAULT x VAULT FEST. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent.
Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic: The Gathering are trademarks of their respective owners. Vault Fest is an independent celebration organized by fans and is not officially affiliated with these brands.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vault Fest and the Sheraton Laval Hotel are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items (including high-value trading cards) brought to the event.

5. Event Modifications

The guest list, planned activities and stand layout are subject to change without notice and do not justify a refund.
